For example, I accidentally took the wrong dosage of the CALM powder and I had the worst stomach cramping diarrhea I’ve ever experienced in my life. Read the instructions before taking it. I did lose a little belly fat though, but I still take it. Even while at work, I sprinkle a little in my coffee, and anything edible. There are some flavors, but I rather the unflavored product so I can mask the taste in everyday food and drink.
